Subscription: Learn How to Personalize your Daily Reports

What's a subscription?

We have developed our subscription process with the aim of linking customers to our dashboard, enabling them to receive valuable insights and updates regarding their job opening campaigns via email.

To subscribe, customers simply need to visit our platform and create the subscription that best suits their needs by using the available filters. Once subscribed, they will receive daily emails with reports tailored to their specific requirements.

Which filters can I use in my subscription?

The available filters for subscriptions vary across different dashboards. In the Main Dashboard, Job Boards Dashboard, and Social Ads Dashboard, users can utilize filters such as Date, Company, Division, User, Channel, Job Reference Number, City, State, and Country. Additionally, they can include or exclude specific Job Titles by incorporating relevant keywords related to the job vacancy.

In the Job Prioritization Dashboard, users can filter information by Date, Company, Division, City, State, Country, and Percentile. Moreover, they can include or exclude Job Titles by incorporating relevant keywords associated with the job vacancy and filter by Remote and Evergreen jobs.

Lastly, in the Job Seekers Dashboard, users can filter information by Date, Company, Channel, Job Reference Number, City, State, and Campaign ID and Name.

How can I subscribe to Talentify Reports?

First, it is important to carefully choose the filters that align with your specific requirements. Following that, proceed by clicking on the Subscription button at the top right corner of the screen, and navigate to the 'New Subscription' tab. Verify if your email is correct and select the best time for receiving our report, including your timezone. Finally, confirm your subscription by clicking on 'Subscribe'. In the 'My Subscription' tab, you have the ability to review all your subscriptions and delete any if necessary.

Is it possible to edit my subscription?

At present, this feature is not available. Therefore, it is advisable to delete a subscription and subsequently create a new one!

Where can I check all my subscriptions?

Should you need to check them, navigate to the 'My Subscription' tab, and there you'll be able to review all your subscriptions and delete any if necessary.
