How to Navigate Talentify Dashboard's Main Page

Here at Talentify, we understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in today's competitive hiring landscape. That's why we've developed a user-friendly dashboard that allows you to analyze the effectiveness of your campaigns, track the number of acquired candidates over time, and evaluate the overall results of your advertising efforts.

Within the dashboard, both users and administrators are able to access a wide range of information. The first section offers the following data:

  • Total clicks;

This section allows you to check the total number of clicks all campaigns have received.

  • Total apply starts;

This section allows you to review the total number of job applications received daily.

  • Full applies;

Here, it is possible for you to view how many candidates have applied.

  • Spent;

The total sum of money that was spent in the time period selected will be shown here.

  • CPA;

CPA stands for Cost Per Action, and this section enables you to see how much of the total sum was spent for each lead that was generated.

  • Conversion rate;

The percentage of people who have viewed and applied to the positions available.

It's also possible to filter this information by Date, Company, Division, User, Channel, Job Reference Number, Job Title, City, State, Country. Once one or more filters are selected, all information in the dashboard will be refined to show only the data that meets the chosen criteria.

All applied filters can be saved and accessed by both regular users and administrators. Additionally, the filter creator's information is available for viewing. Moreover, filters are categorized by the dashboards they belong to, such as Job Boards, Social Ads, and Indeed.

Main Funnel

The main funnel shows a visual representation of the application process, exhibiting the total number of clicks, apply starts, and completed applications.

Applies by Source and Results by Channel

This section enables users to review candidate generation across various platforms, and identify areas where performance can be improved. It is organized into the following categories:

  • Social media (Linkedin, Google, Tiktok and Facebook)

  • Job boards (Clickcast)

  • Talentify (Linkedin slots, SEO, Google jobs)

  • Remarketing

  • Indeed

The data available in the first dashboard section is also accessible in the 'Results by Channel' segment, albeit with the added feature of channel-specific filtering. The data shown includes Clicks, Apply Starts, Completed Applications, Conversion Rate, Percentage of Total Applications, CPA, and Ad Spend, each of which is already filtered by source.

Applies by Day

The subsequent segment provides dynamic visualization of daily candidate application counts across various platforms, with additional data accessible by selecting individual vectors, including total number of clicks and conversion rates, which already are filtered by date.

Applies and Results by Market

This area allows users to assess the performance of job positions in each state, with lighter shades of blue indicating areas with a lower candidate rate and darker shades indicating areas with a higher candidate rate.

Adjacent to this section, users can access the same data available in the first dashboard, albeit with the added feature of location-specific filtering. The data shown includes Job City, Job State, Clicks, Apply Starts, Full Applies, Conversion Rate, CPA, and Ad Spend. To navigate through the rows, use the arrows present in the bottom right corner of the section.

Jobs

The last portion of the dashboard shows a list of all job positions that have been posted across platforms. For each position, it encompasses essential information such as Job Reference Number, Job Title, City and State, Channel, Clicks, Apply Starts, Applies, Conversion Rate, CPA, and Ad Spend. To navigate through the rows, use the arrows present in the bottom right corner of the page.
